Shipping & Delivery

  • Products will be delivered throughout India within 5-7  working days.
  • We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but at this time we are currently only shipping our products PAN India.
  • We value all of our customers and appreciate your understanding while we work on expanding our reach in the future.
  • These timelines may be affected due to current situations.
  • At Banarasi Libaas, all of our domestic shipment are insured against loss or theft, providing you with the peace of mind.
  • We are pleased to offer free shipping on all products. This is a great way to save money and get your items delivered quickly and conveniently.

Return & Exchange

  • If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered, please refuse delivery of the package. Kindly mail us at returns@banarasilibaas.com mentioning your Order ID and also attach an image of the received product for our reference and further investigation into this matter. We value your satisfaction as a customer above all, so we will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently for you.
  • We understand that it can be disappointing to receive a product and not be completely satisfied. However, please note that shipping and COD charges are non refundable but only exchangeable.
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment by sending an email to returns@banarasilibaas.com along with your Order ID and images of any defects in the product. We will do our best to provide a solution for you or refund the amount of that product as quickly as possible.
  • We understand that sometimes circumstances can arise where you may need to cancel an order. To ensure that your refund is processed in a timely manner, please make sure to cancel the order before it has been shipped. If you face any issues with cancelling your order, please contact us immediately at cancelled@banarasilibaas.com or +918881040511 and our team will be more than happy to process the entire amount as a refund for you without any hassle.
  • If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
  • If you have cancelled the product after shipment, please be aware that our team will perform a quality check on the returned products. Please note that any refunded amount to you would only cover the cost of your purchase and not include shipping charges.
  • Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
  • If you do opt for a credit note, you cannot en-cash it later.
  • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  • Sarees with fall and edging would not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 7 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.
  • Alterations would be done only once for the blouses or customised orders, if needed.
  • If you need any further alterations, the alteration and courier charges would have to be borne by the customer.
